The first 100 copies are packaged with a red vellum insert to accentuate Mlynarski's photo centerfold, a film still from Waves (Yet to Be Titled). The film can be seen in its entirety at the Initiation event at the New Museum on September 9th along with performances by Jet Fueled Horses and Johanna Constantine.
